Dear Parents,
We hope you enjoyed a wonderful weekend and we apologize for the late email. We’re reaching out to share two important updates regarding our Anaf dismissal procedures and Before & After Care logistics.
Anaf Dismissal Procedures We’re pleased that the overall logistics for the Toward Tomorrow program are running smoothly. That said, we recognize that the 2:30 p.m. dismissal for Anaf has been a bit challenging, and we’d like to implement a small change to improve the flow:
When arriving for Anaf pick-up, please use the second entrance to the parking lot and take an immediate right to park in the front parking lot.
After picking up your child, please exit onto Northfield Road to avoid the circle with the Toward Tomorrow buses.
We will have support staff outside beginning tomorrow to help guide this new traffic flow. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience as we make this transition.
Before and After Care Logistics
If you haven’t done so already, please confirm with us if your child will be attending Before and/or After Care so we can plan accordingly. Before Care Drop-off between 8:00–8:30 a.m. will be in Room 3. If you arrive after 8:30 a.m., please drop off in the Motor Room.
To find the Motor Room: Enter through the main lobby and head down the stairs. Walk straight (do not turn left toward the Nursery School), turn right at the end of the hall, and go down the ramp or stairs. The Motor Room will be on your right.
, After Care Shoresh children staying for After Care should bring:
A parve/dairy, nut-free lunch
A napping mat (cots are provided)
A comfort item for rest time (e.g., lovey, small stuffed animal, special book)
A hearty parve/dairy, nut-freeafternoon snack labeled After Care Snack
Gezah, Anaf, and Gesher children should bring:
A hearty, parve/dairy, nut-free afternoon snack packed in a separate container labeled After Care Snack - Please note: They tend to be quite hungry in the afternoon!
Pick-Up Locations: Shoresh (until 2:30 p.m.): Room 3 Gezah, Anaf, and Gesher: Pick-up will be from Playground 1 or Room 2, depending on the weather
