Dear Families:
During these challenging times, we understand the impact recent events can have on families, and we want to assure you that you're not alone. That's why we're reaching out with a special invitation just for parents.
Join the Beth El community on Sunday, December 17th at 5:30 pm, for Fostering Resilience and Well-Being Amid October 7th Attacks, Israel's War, and Antisemitism. Rabbi David Schuck will moderate an enlightening panel where experts will delve into the profound effects of vicarious trauma and stress on our physical and mental well-being, as well as that of our children. This session will offer coping strategies and a supportive space to process our feelings during these exceptionally challenging times. One of the panelists will also be addressing how children experience these difficult times and how to support them.
This program is organized by the Beth El Mental Health Initiative and is underwritten by the Robert Matthew Klein for Inclusion & Special Needs.
