No fussing with writing out cards, or getting addresses—wish all your Beth El friends a Shanah Tovah by filling out this easy form. Every Beth El member will receive a New Year's card in the mail listing member families who fill out the below form.

PLEASE NOTE: To bill your account or to pay via eCheck/ACH (no fee), you must first be logged in your online Beth El account (for those who have one) at www.bethelnr.org. Otherwise, your only option will be to pay via credit card (2.9% fee).
