2025-2026 Religious School Enrollment

Please complete the online form below for your children whom you wish to register. Registration is complete upon receipt of your $250 deposit per child. After you press "SUBMIT," please select "Bill to Account" and then the accounting office will contact you via email with instructions on how to make your deposit or other payment.

You will save $100 per child if registration with your $250 deposit is received by July 31, 2025.

We have made a few payment changes from the past that we want to clarify:

Youth dues: These dues are automatically charged to all families in the Religious School and all Beth El members with children in K-12 grades. Families who have paid their Youth dues will get a discount code to use to reduce (or eliminate, when possible) the fees charged for individual youth events. We have made these dues the same for grades K-7.
Charge for teacher gifts: All Religious School families will be charged $36 per family.

Please be advised that tuition, less the $250 deposit, is refundable only until October 10, 2025.

In order to get the school year off to a good start, we must have full payment by September 15, 2025. If you need a payment plan (needs to be set up via eCheck or credit card), please email Olivier Vogel at ovogel@bethelnr.org or if you have special financial considerations, please email Liz Clain at eclain@bethelnr.org.

* Children attending day care and preK through 12th grade in New York State must receive all required doses of vaccines on the recommended schedule in order to attend or remain in school. This requirement includes all public, private, and religious schools. This requirement is true unless a child has a valid medical exemption to immunization. A medical exemption is allowed when a child has a medical condition that prevents them from receiving a vaccine. There are no nonmedical exemptions to school vaccine requirements in New York State. The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) establishes the recommended vaccine schedule and determines when vaccines are due.
