Beth El Day Camp & Creativity Camp Enrollment 2024

Welcome to Beth El Day Camp! We are thrilled that you are interested in joining us for Summer 2024. 

Day Camp Dates: June 24 to August 16
We will be closed on Thursday, July 4th.

Please note that our 3 year olds until 2:15pm and 3 year olds until 4:00pm groups have reached capacity. If you are interested in being put on the waitlist, please contact Rebecca Guralnik, (914) 235-2700, ext. 256 or email daycamp@bethelnr.org.

Please review the registration and refund policies before submitting the application. Only upon receipt of your $500 deposit (per child) will your 2024 application be complete. After you press "SUBMIT", please select "Bill to Account" and then the accounting office will contact you via email with instructions on how to make your deposit or other payment. The deposit is neither refundable nor transferable.

Registration and Refund Policy:

Beth El Day Camp is open to all children regardless of race, religion, or national origin.

1. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Final decision rests with the Director. 

2. Refunds of Day Camp tuition will only be granted in the following circumstances:

• If a written withdrawal to daycamp@bethelnr.org is made before May 15, 2024. A refund minus the $500 processing fee will be processed. No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2024.
• If a child does not adjust to the camp program so that a parent must withdraw the child, a refund of 50% of the full tuition will be granted up to the end of the second week.  No refunds will be granted after the second week. In every circumstance, the $500 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If a child is dismissed from the Day Camp, the refund will be determined by the Executive Director of Beth El and the Camp Director.
• During the Day Camp season, a parent who withdraws a child for reasons other than being dismissed or not adjusting to the Day Camp will not be granted a refund.

Before you complete this form, please verify if you already have an online account with Beth El at www.bethelnr.org (if you had a child in day camp or Nursery School in prior years, an account was already created for you). Your email address is your login and you can select " Forgot your password" to reset  your password. If you have an account, after you login, you can complete this form using your current account. If you never had an account with Beth El, a new account will be created for you after you complete the application.

Payment : After you press "SUBMIT," select "BILL TO MY ACCOUNT" on the next screen. Then you must click on "Confirm & Continue" otherwise your registration will not go through. The accounting Office will then send you an email with instructions for how to pay your deposit or how to pay in full or in increments.
