Beth El Day Camp Enrollment 2023

Welcoming children ages 2-8 to our safe, nurturing environment.

Day Camp Dates: June 26 to August 18
We will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th.

A $500 deposit per child is required. After you press "SUBMIT", please select "Bill to Account" and then the accounting office will contact you via email with instructions on how to make your deposit or other payment. The deposit is neither refundable nor transferable.

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICIES

Beth El Day Camp is open to all children regardless of race, color or national origin.

1. Submission of this application in no way guarantees acceptance. Final decision on all admissions rests with the Director.
2. No refunds of Day Camp tuition will be granted with the following exceptions. In all cases, a $250 processing fee will be retained by Beth El Day Camp.
A) Withdrawals must be made on or before Friday, May 12, 2023 to JRockowitz@bethelnr.org. Withdrawals made by this deadline will receive a full refund minus the $250 processing fee. All requests for withdrawal must be made in writing. No refunds will be granted after Friday, May 12th.
B) In the case of a child not adjusting to the program so that a parent must withdraw the child, a refund of 50% of the full tuition will be granted up to the end of the second week. No refunds will be granted after the second week. In every circumstance, the $250 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
C) Should a child be dismissed from the Day Camp, the refund will be determined by the Day Camp Board.
D) During the Day Camp season, a parent who withdraws a child for reasons other than being dismissed or not adjusting to the Day Camp will not be granted a refund.
3. Tipping is permitted.

Your email address is your login and you can select " Forgot your password" to reset your password. If you have an account, after you login, you can complete this form using your current account. If you never had an account with Beth El, a new account will be created for you after you complete the application.

Payment : After you press "SUBMIT", select "BILL TO MY ACCOUNT" on the next screen. Then you must click on "Confirm & Continue." otherwise your registration will not go through. Then the accounting Office will send you an email with instructions on how to pay your deposit or how to pay in full or in increments.
